Introduction to the world of wheel alignment with the VAS 701011 (Q.Lign technology) in combination with the official VW ADAS calibration tool VAS 6430.

Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are increasingly supporting the driver in all situations. As a result, they not only improve driving comfort but also help prevent potential accidents. Today, video cameras and radar sensors are among the new challenges in the workshop, as recalibration is often required after axle alignment.

This course covers the interaction between the chassis, ADAS, and the calibration of these sensors for the VW Group. During the wheel alignment process, we will also cover the relevant wheel load scales for Porsche, VAS 701009.

Training content:

• Fundamentals of wheel alignment for the VW Group
• Fundamentals of Driver Assistance Systems calibration for the VW Group
• Integration and operation of the wheel load scales VAS 701009
• Proper alignment and adjustment of calibration tools
• Installation, operation, and instruction
• Maintenance, repair, and service
• Practical experience and troubleshooting
