Automechanika Frankfurt 2022: Beissbarth GmbH represented as exhibitor

This is the core message that Beissbarth GmbH is sending to workshops: Because with the right product and service equipment, the workshop is able to offer its customers a high-quality all-round service. For decades, Beissbarth has been working closely with the leading car manufacturers to develop the service for the vehicles of tomorrow - so there is no question that the Beissbarth team will also be represented at Automechanika Frankfurt and intends to further develop the automotive sector with its innovative strength.

Sustainable trade fair concept

Beissbarth can be found in Hall 8.0, Stand D29 with a particularly sustainable trade show concept: The exhibition stand is modularly assembled, reusable as well as 100% recyclable. The floor panels, which are so practical that they can be used in car workshops and production halls, provide the ideal complement. In this way, Beissbarth aims to reuse the concept elsewhere to meet the aspect of sustainability.

Innovative products

With the wheel alignment device Q.Lign, the modular calibration system Q.DAS, the headlight tester MLD 9000 and the tyre diagnosis system Easy Tread Beissbarth will present its best and most innovative products on site. As a provider of calibration solutions for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System), Beissbarth has more than 20 years of market knowledge and, as a pioneer from the very beginning, is actively shaping this future-strong area with its systems. *

Nominated for the Innovation Award

Under the motto "Celebrating Innovations", Automechanika Frankfurt celebrates forward-looking innovations in the industry. Because: in times of digitalization, energy transition and climate change, innovations are more important than ever. Among the 133 entries received for this year's Innovation Awards is Beissbarth. Q.DAS, the innovative solution for modular digital ADAS calibration, is a finalist in the category "Workshop & Service Solutions". A 14-member jury, including experts from the USA, South Africa, Turkey, UK and Australia, decided on 21 July which entries would be awarded prizes. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 13 September at 5 p.m. in the Harmonie Hall of the Congress Center at Automechanika.

Workshop: Headlight adjustment

Beissbarth will be offering news, know-how and live demonstrations on the subject of headlight adjustment in workshops in German and English every day during the show. The workshop contents are varied:

Function/meaning of intelligent headlight systems
Significance of digital headlight adjustment systems today and outlook for the future
Influence of accidents / faulty settings on the lighting systems
Preparation of headlight adjustment (battery charger, SEP, diagnostic tester), cleaning of headlight)
Carrying out the adjustment of a headlight system using the Matrix headlights as an example
Quality control of the adjustment work
